SS430 stainless steel is a low-carbon high chromium stainless steel with good corrosion resistance and processing performance. Its corrosion resistance is not as good as 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel, but much better than ordinary carbon steel. SS430 stainless steel has good processing performance and can be processed into various shapes and sizes of parts through cold and hot processing. Its cold working performance is better than 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel, and it can be processed for deep drawing, stretching, bending, and other processes. It also has good thermal processing performance and can be used for forging, casting, welding and other processing.

Difference Between Grade 304 And 316
201.202.304.316 is austenitic stainless steel; 410 belongs to martensitic stainless steel; 430 is a ferritic stainless steel.
The difference between austenite and martensite and ferrite is mainly reflected in the content of nickel. Austenitic steel contains high nickel and shows weak magnetism, while martensitic steel and ferritic steel contain almost no nickel or micro nickel, which has strong magnetism compared with austenitic steel.
